Sеktоr rаshlаdnih sistеmа је оdgоvоriо nа mnоgе izаzоvе tоkоm pоslеdnjih 40 gоdinа, аli čini sе dа sе nоvе prеtnjе i zаbrinutоsti i dаlје rеdоvnо pојаvlјuјu. Zаbrinutоst zа živоtnu srеdinu igrа glаvnu ulоgu u оvоm ciklusu, аli snаbdеvаnjе еnеrgiјоm, zdrаvlје i bеzbеdnоst, svе vеćа rеgulаtоrnа оgrаničеnjа i nоvе tеhnоlоgiје tаkоđе igrајu ulоgu, nа bоlје ili nа gоrе. Оvај rаd rаzmаtrа nаčinе nа kоје sе tržištе rаzviја i mоgućе pоslеdicе оvih prоmеnа pо zdrаvlје i prоfitаbilnоst kоmpаniја u sеktоru rаshlаdnih sistеmа. Rаzmаtrа nаčinе nа kоје оvi fаktоri mоgu uticаti nа prеduzеćа i kоrаkе kојi bi sе mоgli prеduzеti kаkо bi sе ublаžili nеgаtivni еfеkti i mаksimizirаlе pоtеnciјаlnе kоristi kоје bi mоglе nаstаti. Rаd sе zаvršаvа dugоrоčnоm prојеkciјоm mоgućih budućih dоgаđаја i njihоvih vеrоvаtnih pоslеdicа.

The refrigeration sector has responded to many challenges over the last 40 years but it seems that new threats and concerns continue to appear with regularity. Environmental concerns play a major role in this cycle, but energy supply, health and safety, increasing regulatory constraints and novel technologies also play a part, for better or worse. This paper looks at the ways in which the market is developing and the possible consequences of these changes for the health and profitability of companies in the refrigeration sector. It considers ways in which businesses might be affected by these factors and steps that might be taken to mitigate the adverse effects and maximise the potential benefits that could arise. The paper concludes with a longer term projection of possible future developments and their likely consequences.

Srbija, kao zemlja kandidat za članstvo u Evropskoj uniji, aktivno radi na usklađivanju svoje klimatske i energetske politike sa standardima EU. To usklađivanje podrazumeva usvajanje sveobuhvatnih mera i zakonske regulative koje odražavaju ciljeve Evropskog zelenog dogovora i Evropskog klimatskog zakona, čiji je krajnji cilj klimatska neutralnost do 2050. godine. U kontekstu stvaranja klimatski neutralnog sektora zgrada i uloge sistema KGH u tom procesu, tri direktive EU imaju ključnu ulogu: Direktiva o obnovljivim izvorima energije, Direktiva o energetskoj efikasnosti i Direktiva o energetskim karakteristikama zgrada. U ovom radu predstavljene su obaveze koje ove direktive nameću, očekivanja koja se postavljaju pred sisteme KGH, obaveze koje je Srbija preuzela, dosadašnji napredak, kao i izvodljivost postizanja postavljenih ciljeva.

Serbia, as a candidate country for accession to the European Union, is actively undertaking efforts to align its climate and energy policies with EU standards. This alignment involves adopting comprehensive measures that reflect the EU Green Deal and the European Climate Law, which target climate neutrality by 2050. In the context of creating a climate-neutral buildnig sector and the role of HVAC systems in that process, three EU directives play a central role: the Renewable Energy Directive, the Energy Efficiency Directive and the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. This paper outlines the obligations imposed by these directives, the expectations placed on HVAC systems, Serbia's commitments, the progress made thus far, and the feasibility of achieving the stated goals.
